Spooklets per gift; each gift is this tier (Legendary) 2% of the time. After Halloween: Boo's Big Scare, Boo also gives one Spooky Gift a day. Bad-luck protection: after 49 gifts in a row without one, the next gift is a Golden Gourd. Only while the Halloween event is on.
