  1. Talk to Boo and agree to help him win the Great Scare-Off.

  2. Bring the pumpkin to Granny Grimble. She brews an Echo Potion for Boo's voice. The pumpkin is used.

  3. Talk to Count Fangsworth at the Monster Market. He teaches Boo a proper cape swish.

  4. Borrow a rusty chain from Mortimer in the Giggling Graveyard.

  5. Find Howlin' Howard and let Boo try his Big Scare on him.

  6. Return to Boo in Pumpkin Square to finish the quest.
