Water Vial (consumed) Buy from Patricia for 14 coins (+1 more shops); Make it: Alchemy (Alchemy 1).Liora takes all of these at the ritual:

Talk to Bard Liora around (51, 36) in Havenreach and choose Talk about The Lantern of Havenreach.
Talk to Sister Elyra around (31, 11). She names the four offerings.
Talk to Mayor Aldric around (38, 29).
With every offering in your backpack, talk to Liora. She checks them.
Talk to Liora once more. She takes the offerings and performs the rite; you receive the Magic XP, coins and Quest Points here.
Talk to Liora again to receive the Tidal Lantern Pendant and complete the quest.
Notes
- If you already own a Tidal Lantern Pendant (backpack or bank), Liora completes the quest without giving a second one.
