Glenn works outside his archery shop around (48, 26) in Whalewood in the morning, day and evening, and inside the shop (door at (46, 25)) at night.

Getting to Whalewood: leave the Overworld through its west edge at (0, 25–26) into Westwood Pass, then follow the pass to its west edge.
